Who can wear a kilt?
Anybody can wear a kilt, whether to celebrate heritage, attend a formal function or just for the hell of it.
A large majority of clients choose to rent a kilt first to see whether they are comfortable before deciding to purchase their very own.
Where are kilts worn?
Depending on your ensemble a kilt is ideal for:
- Formal functions,
- Golf days,
- Highland gatherings,
- Weddings,
- Formal dinners,
- Stag parties,
- Matric farewells, or
- Any occasion that warrants the wearer to stand out as a person of discerning taste.
What tartan can I wear?
Traditionally all tartan patterns are allocated to specific families or sects there-off, but anybody can wear a tartan of their choice, whether the appearance appeals to you or if it’s to compliment your partner’s attire, you have the freedom of choice.
Can I arrive without an appointment for a fitting?
As fittings are by appointment only, please ensure you have made an appointment in advance.

Monday & Tuesday: 8h00-16h00
Thursday & Friday: 8h00-16h00
Saturday: Per request
How much time is needed between a fitting and the rental date?
A fitting should take place 3 working days before the required rental date to ensure that necessary alterations can occur if required.
